- First, verify that you have internet connection and the latest version of the Buengo app.

- Make sure you're logging in with the same service you signed up with (Facebook or e-mail).

- If you are logging in by e-mail, check your login details are correct. It might be something as simple as caps lock.

- If you can't remember your password, tap on "Forgot password?" And enter your email address. You will then receive an e-mail with a reset code. Enter the code and a new password on the next screen to create new log in details.
